Shawn Gingrich (Artistic Director) Shawn serves First United Methodist Church of Hershey as Director of Music Ministry. He directs eight of the church’s eleven choirs and serves as organist. He has been ringing handbells since 1987 and directing since 1991. In addition to his church work, Shawn also is adjunct instructor of organ at Messiah College and director of the Messiah College Concert Handbell Choir. He also is currently pursuing the Doctorate in Worship Studies at the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies in Orange Park, Florida. Shawn and his wife, Laura, have four children, Peter, Sarah, Christian and Aaron and they reside in Elizabethtown.

Holly Brubaker Holly has been ringing with St. Paul’s United Methodist Church Handbell Choir in Elizabethtown since 1995. Holly also rings in a handbell ensemble and recently joined the handbell choir at Grace United Methodist Church in Hummelstown. She has attended numerous handbell festivals and workshops. Holly and her family live in Hershey and enjoy skiing/snowboarding, camping, various sports and other recreational activities. Holly is a certified Project Management Professional and works in the Harrisburg area.

Maggie Beatty (Treasurer) Maggie has been involved with handbells since 1976. Currently, she is also a member of the Bells of St. Andrews, St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. In addition, she directs two youth ring and sing choirs, is the Chancel Choir director, and sings with the Praise Team. Maggie’s “day” job is as an eighth-grade mathematics teacher at Cedar Crest Middle School in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District. At the school she also directs the handbell choir, coaches the quiz bowl team.

Jean Dailey Jean has been playing handbells since 2002 with Tree of Life Lutheran Church in Harrisburg, and is thrilled to be ringing with the HHE. She and her husband Al have no children at home but have two beautiful grandsons in California. Jean's day job is working as a Payroll support specialist for Paychex Inc. She has been with Paychex since 1996. In addition she is working with a group of volunteers that travel to Guatemala to help orphaned children and the surrounding villages.
